BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse
Every month or so BJ’s brews a limited release beer and sometimes even collaborates with other breweries. Here are a few of the many layouts I’ve created for in-restaurant table tents to promote these tasty brews.
BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse
In 2014, BJ’s had nine signature beers on tap year round. I was asked to design a coaster for each beer with its logo on the front and a simplified version of the logo with beer info on the back.

Five times out of the year BJ’s hosts a multiple course dinner where they pair each course with a different beer. In 2019 they decided to have one with a Halloween theme, pairing menu items with spooky and pumpkin themed beers. I designed a type treatment for the headline to make “spooky selection” stand out and have an old monster movie vibe. For each beer dinner I design printed flyers, a printed menu, digital slides, and web assets.
The Salvation Army Kroc Center
In 2013 I designed a series of buttons for the Kroc Center Gym staff to wear for the last eight months of the year. I approached it as a series of icons, simplified illustrations that represented each month.

To advertise for a halloween party at the Kroc Center, instead of a traditional poster, I illustrated a floor decal graphic that resembled slime pouring out of the main gym entrance door to grab the attention of the members.
